the color concept emphasises the different areas of the site and strengthens their individual characteristics in terms of their qualities as open space. it is based upon a variety of yellow, orange and red tones. only the existing main axis from the city is envisioned as a white space which is a transition from the outside neighborhoods to the colored quarters within the site. the different shades of white of the buildings correspond to a white landscape design.
