the building was built 1924 and is located on a freshwater pond. the conversion was necessary to accommodate a five person family and to create a stronger connection towards the water.

the service and storage areas on each floor are designed as an autonomous furniture object with a specific color scheme. secondary functions are concentrated to increase the size of the living areas. individual rooms open up towards the lake through new double-doors and dormers.
