urban development concept for the conversion and densification of the alte chemie area of the ludwig-maximilian university in munich. the analysis examines the cubic capacity of the area as well as the type and degree of building and land-use.

the aim of the project is the preservation of the building structure of the 50‘s and to connect it with an efficient urban utilization.
