between ehingen und neuenkamp, subcenters of duisburg extends the competition area along the bank of the river rhine.
the neighbourhood is part of a hertogenous stamped industrial strip with divers character.
therefore, the functional organisation, an open space orientation and spatial structure is the aim of the competition.
